Prior to launching his real estate career, John owned, operated and served as the President, Director and General Manager of a Hockey League. John graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta with a Degree in Business-Economics. He is a native of Long Island, New York and has been a resident of California since 1991. John has served as a member of the Kiwanis Club of Rancho Bernardo helping make a difference in the lives of children locally, nationally and worldwide. He is also a volunteer youth sports coach, serving his communities for the past 20 years.

Her specialty is working with buyers, first understanding their needs, then helping them find the perfect home. JoAnne's enthusiasm, sincerity, knowledge and humor make her clients feel right at home. Additionally, JoAnne is a gifted decorator with exceptional home staging abilities who has a keen ability for making a home ready to show and sell! JoAnne attended Molloy College in New York to study Nursing and served in the United States Army for 8 years, serving overseas and abroad.
