During John´s 11+ year career in real estate he has successfully represented 100+ sellers and buyers as their trusted realtor. John's exceptional marketing and negotiating skills ensure his clients get their homes sold, even in the toughest of markets! John's resolve to help his clients successfully sell their homes for the highest price and in the shortest amount of time is impressive. When representing sellers and buyers, John is a deft negotiator who helps his clients sell and acquire their homes at excellent prices. John is a professional real estate broker who is knowledgeable, diligent, and 100% committed to helping his clients achieve their goals. Prior to launching his real estate career, John owned, operated, and served as the President, Director and General Manager of a Hockey League in Los Angeles. He is a native of Long Island, New York and has been a resident of Southern California since 1991. Bringing an incredible amount of talent and energy, JoAnne is a valuable part of the O'Rourke Realty Team. JoAnne is a creative, caring, genuine person who truly enjoys helping others. JoAnne specializes in working with her clients to first understand their needs, then helping them meet their goals. Her enthusiasm, sincerity, knowledge, and engaging personality make her clients feel right at home. Like John, she is a strong negotiator who will work hard to make sure your home sells for the highest price! Additionally, JoAnne is a gifted decorator with exceptional home staging abilities and who has a keen ability for making a home ready to show and sell! JoAnne attended Molloy College in New York to study Nursing and she is a Veteran of the United States Army having served in the United States and abroad.
